Almutlaq Co. Ltd, is specialized in selling home furniture products. It is what the holding company at the early stage of founded on. The company has currently four showrooms distributed in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar, in the main commercial and most dynamic areas there with total displaying area of more than 28,000 m² exhibitions.

In 1992, Almutlaq Co. Ltd, has established Sudair Furniture Factory, as a sister company because of the intellectual need for continuous daily and increasing number of sofa sets and wooden cabinets, so as to reduce imports from abroad and opened the track to the domestic industry to take its share of sales.

The result was that, by 2006, the share of the domestic industry represented by Sudair Furniture Factory has acquired 30% of the gross sales as imports from abroad acquired 70%, which has a greater impact in enhancing the national economy of our beloved Kingdom and support domestic industries.

It should be noted that Almutlaq trading center in Jeddah, which is also imbedding our showroom there, is one of the landmarks in the city.

The value of total storage space in the company's warehouses is 90,000 m² distributed over the main warehouses in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar. It is planned during the next few years to be expanded in showrooms and warehouses to cover the remaining areas of the Kingdom's regions gradually.
