It specialized in selling home furniture products. It is what the holding company at the early stage of founded on. The company has currently four showrooms distributed in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar, in the main commercial and most dynamic areas there.

It specialized in producing and selling modern furniture. Almutlaq Holding found its desire at the worldwide company (Window of City) and to be their sole agent in Middle East and Gulf region in response to the requirements of new trends of the worldwide and local modern furniture markets.

It was established in 1992 as one of the most modern, professional and organized furniture factories in the region.

The real estate investment branch in Almutlaq Holding owns and runs many commercial and residential facilities within the Kingdom and abroad.
