Here was the beginning ... In the mid 1960’s, Almutlaq Holding has been created and established under the name of Almutlaq Company Limited by the hands of the founding of the first generation, as one of leading and specialized companies in manufacturing and selling furniture in the Kingdom. Our beginnings were so unpretentious like most companies at that time. We opened our first branch and showroom in Khobar on the east coast, and soon to follow the opening of our branches and showrooms in Riyadh and Jeddah on the west coast.

With the passage of time, and with movement of the helm from the generation of founders to the leaders of the second generation, who have worked on strategic plans and goals since the first day in the best interest of the company for careful expansion. Over the years, one of the results of this deep and hard work, the company gained credibility, commitment, loyalty and a good reputation among consumers and the Saudi citizen on the one hand and to the largest manufacturers and suppliers of furniture in the world on the other.

The plans were assigned to raise the level of performance and increased productivity, which is still ongoing, have the greatest impact in expanding our market share year after year, along with constant developing in the ideas of showing, production, sales, and the continuing endless work to raise the efficiency and professionalism thus enhancing accompany the development of sustained economic in our beloved Kingdom, and makes us better able to understand and the changes around us quickly.

Of course, the development that taking place on the ground during this interval of more than half a century, must be accompanied with strong and professional supportive teams. Almutlaq Holding took care of these teams since its establishment and raised the level of its employees, and their level of knowledge, on a solid scientific basis as same as the best big companies around the world. The company was founded strong cranks to support their development, including the centers for customer services and relations, after-sales services, the IT department, and the departments of marketing, procurement, and sales management, which had the greatest positive impact to the steady increase in sales and over the growing of our customers satisfaction day after day about our products and services.

As a result of the big development in the global market for furniture, and meeting the wishes and desires of our clients, Almutlaq Holding has opened recently our new company, City.W Saudi Arabia, which specialized in manufacturing and selling the modern and Europe-style furniture, and imbedding it in our list of companies and line of businesses. Almutlaq Holding has the exclusive right to from the international company (Window of City) to sell their products in the Middle East and the Gulf region. We opened City.W Saudi Arabia branches in Riyadh, Khobar and lately in Jeddah at the west coast.

Almutlaq Holding is currently working on the changing on some activities and companies to be a Franchise System and planned to be covering the Gulf region and the Middle East, since when this important step is completed, we will work on the inclusion of Almutlaq Holding in the Saudi stock market and converted it from a closed joint holding company into public one, in order to make the Saudi citizen able to take the opportunity to participate in this prestigious company and make him able to put his savings in a safe place and get a guaranteed and sustained annual return for him and for his family as well.

Given the review of the above, and to our strategic and long-term vision, Almutlaq Holding do choose the areas of business carefully in order to be expanded in these areas with taking in consideration all new and existing variables at all levels of economic and social development of the Kingdom with our commitment to providing best quality products and services to the consumer and the citizens in deliberate cost that covering all economic segments of society.
